1. Check-in time at our resort is 2 p.m. on your arrival date. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. on your departure date.
2. Smoking inside the resort is strictly prohibited.
3. Residents are responsible to preserve the communal belongings of the resort, and to use it only for the purpose it was made for. It applies also to the cleanliness of the room.
4. Residents are due to pay for the cost of any damages to the room, furnishings in the room or other facilities of the resort caused by the person (or by their guests) while using the room, accommodations, facilities or other privileges of the resort.
5. Cooking is allowed only in the cooking facilities.
6. Resident is obliged to inform the manager about any damages or lacks in furnishings or other facilities immediately.
7. Parking lot is not guarded and free of charge within the resort premises. The manager is not liable for any damage or theft of resident's car or other vehicle.
8. Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
9. All visitors who are not registered must leave the building at 10 p.m.
10. Resident is not allowed to pass the keys to the room to other people, even if the duration of the stay have not yet been reached.
11. Please do not relocate any equipment or furnishings from one room to another without the manager's permission.
12. The manager is obliged to:
- secure all residents a comfortable stay.
- respond immediately to all observations and remarks made by residents concerning the standard of services provided, devices functionality and cleanliness inside the resort.
- provide a free service of storing any items needed.
14. Due to safety concerns electric appliances such as electrical heaters, irons and other electronic devices which are not the equipment of the room, are not allowed within the resort. It does not apply to mobile, computer and other electronic chargers.
